SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are determined based on the shipping location or express shipping that is chosen at checkout. Most orders take approximately 1-7 business days to arrive (this excludes international orders).
FREE SHIPPING OPTION
All orders over ₦20,000 (within Nigeria) are eligible for free shipping. Free shipping generally takes 1-7 business days, depending on geographical location. Please note, orders must be ₦20,000 before taxes and shipping. If using a discount code, orders must total ₦20,000 after the discount has been applied.
Due to growing fraud, all orders requesting expedited shipping are required to have a billing address that matches the address in which the order is being shipped to. If you require a package to be shipped to an alternate address, you will be emailed by a customer service representative to provide proper documentation. The verification process may delay the processing time of your order. Failure to provide requested documentation will result in your order being cancelled.
